This customer reached out to me for a pair of panties, about 2-3 weeks after they received the package he then messaged me that he never got the package. I immediately checked the shipping and let the customer know it says it was successfully delivered to his mailbox, however he stated he didn’t get it. I obviously wasn’t sure what to tell him, as everything was correctly done on my end, I showed the customer proof that it was deliver to his mailbox with the name and address he provided me. The customer said they wouldn’t lie to me and asked for a new pair of panties and just to cover the shipping cost - which would be $3. This is not something i’m able
to do for the customer .. the shipping cost isn’t even enough for ME to go buy a new pair of panties for this customer. I didn’t reply yet, and woke up this morning to the customer leaving me a 1 star review calling me a scammer. I am not sure why this customer would think it’s okay to call me a scammer when I have proof I sent the package, provided them shipping, and even showed them the package was sent to their correct address they provided me with the name they provided me as well. because i’m not able to send out another free package does not make me a scammer. I am not sure if the customer thinks this is amazon or walmart. But we are independent sellers. you cannot claim you never got a package that shows it was successfully delivered and feel entitled to a free package, then get upset that you can’t get a free package.
I also see their last review was them not being happy and trying to get a refund or possibly another package out of the last seller they worked with, so this seems to be a theme. Thankfully I have proof the package was delivered right to their mailbox and will be sending this to admin to get their review removed.
Very upset that the customer is only leaving me a bad review out of spite for me being unable to send them a free package. or a package for only $3 (shipping cost) STEER AWAY from this customer , unless you’d like them to get their package just to turn around and say they never got it and ask for a free one. Always keep screenshots as well, admin does not tolerate this nonsense.

Left a review four months after receiving his order claiming that the panties I sent him had “no smell,” likely looking for a refund I guess? Didn’t even bother messaging me first, and he seems to have deleted all of our old messages! After selling dozens of pairs and getting nothing but five-star reviews, this was a bit of a bummer.

Unless you’ve established yourself on this site to the point where you no longer care about getting poor reviews, I would stay away.
