Jess is such a great buyer! She started off by giving me a wonderful compliment, which already made me like her from the get go! She saw an item in my shop that she liked and asked about it - brand, size, specifically. Although I could not provide her with the brand, she was still interested in the product, and said I can send it out as in, and no need to wear it. She paid instantly, and confirmed the order details with me to make sure that I filled everything out correctly.
