Agree order, price and he confirmed I should set up order which I did and then provided me with his Skype address.

He then advised that because I had a reported tag, which was visible from the first point of contact that he couldn't work with me.

He also advised that because the bank account is in a different name that would be an issue too, even though I don't give my real name here anyway.

My ATW account has 269 five star reviews and is also officially ID verified.
Complete waste of my time.
