Was surprised to see he had a negative review as all our interactions were great despite some of the issues on my end. He’s patient, understanding and knows what he wants. Would work with him again.

Initial package was unfortunately lost due to incorrect/incomplete address information provided with initial order. Was in communication and package showed tracked as delivered so either it was fully delivered or in fact lost. He ordered a video which was delivered exactly as specified although it was delayed which was fully explained.
