Not impressed. I’m not sure if he’s new to buying in general and doesn’t understand the process or if he’s an actual timewaster. He messaged me a few days ago asking to purchase a premade video. I responded and created the order for him. In my titles to all ads, I list my original prices. This particular video is $15, but for instant content I have it listed at $5 as my current sale. I also placed $5 in the ‘agreed upon price’ field of his order. He messaged me after getting the order asking if it was $5. I explained the above situation and advised that if he looks in the ‘agreed upon price’ field, he’ll see $5 listed there. No response. Next day I send an email asking if he was interested or not, and if he wasn’t, to feel free to communicate that with me and I’ll gladly cancel the order. He read it, no response. The following day I sent another follow up email, again asking if he was interested or if he would like to cancel the order and to please feel comfortable communicating that with me. He read it, but again, no response, no payment, no communication whatsoever. So… Here I am leaving a negative review. I really try to avoid leaving less than stellar reviews. I always give my buyers an opportunity to man up and cancel if they change their mind. I welcome communication. Had this buyer responded and communicated with me that he was no longer interested, I would’ve gladly canceled the order and I wouldn’t be here now leaving a negative review. Communication is key my dude! Sellers have to pay to be on this site and list our items. This is a buyer and sellers commerce. If you have no intention in purchasing what you order, at least have the common decency to let your sellers know and be respectful of our time.
