Buyer was super happy to order my used items and we had very good communication on forehand. After adding all required documents to ship internationally and the items with additional goodies I could not stay in touch with the buyer as there was no way anymore to communicate with this particular person as he blocked me. Never has there has been any reaching out about the package´s delay but after 1 month I am unblocked and he made a complain against me that I should have contacted him about the package. But how?! How can you communicate with a blocked person?! The post company tried to communicate with the buyer without any hearing so they destroyed his package shortly after. I am sorry for this to happen as I love sending out items with great pleasure!
