I wish I could give Cris 100 stars. He’s sweet, understanding, kind, and generous. We had an unfortunate incident with his order getting lost during shipping- tracking number shows it just stopped being moved through the system for some reason- but he was so sweet and forgiving, he understood it wasn’t either of our faults. We agreed on an alternative for his order and everything worked out in the end. I’m so thankful for his patience and sweet nature. ♥️ Thanks for everything =)

Don’t even bother with this one. From the beginning, it was awful. He placed an order and less than 48 hours later was messaging me nonstop, badgering about his order. I sent his order on time and updated it with the tracking. This man messaged me, calling me names and a fraud, for DAYS because he couldn’t find the tracking. He is now messaging me, threatening defamation and fraud. This is going to Admin, as well as the police for defamation of character.

So update: we ended up figuring something out and it was a language barrier that I didn't know about (I knew I should have taken Spanish in college lol). But very nice guy just needed to be patient.

We have spoken for a while now trying to time out an order. In that time I have gotten to know him a bit personally and you don't get to do that with everyone. Sadly we have not been able to get our timing correctly and I misunderstood him. BUT he has always been kind and easy to talk to. He was so kind that he has sent a tip for the time spent, that I then turned into an order so I could make sure to send him something. Honestly in ALL of the time I've been here this has been the only misunderstanding that has ended well. No arguments, drama or bullshit! If you get to work with him please treat him well! He deserves it!
