KittenKay went above and beyond with my order and custom video. Her packaging was spectacular, two separate gift boxes and a beautifully written thank you card. Our conversations are always stimulating. Very easy to approach and to order. Did exactly what I asked for during the ordering process and I am completely satisfied. As in life, little hiccups will occur, which she communicated to me immediately and never did I have to worry about not receiving my items.
