Spoke through an order, agreed a price then ghosted. Avoid

After agreeing on a price and fulfilling their request, they became very aggressive and angry that the package didn’t arrive sooner. I told them the time frame for delivery and only 1 business day later began messaging me asking for refund. They received the custom video as requested. Unfortunately the package was a bit delayed but have since been blocked so unable to resolve
