Wanted to give him the benifit of the doubt being so new. Spoke in depth about his order and discussed all the details of what he was looking for, agreed on a payment method then stopped replying for a full day when I set order up. Called him out on his behaviour just for him to try and convince me he "was gonna pay", continued to try and just ask for details about the sale and waste time. Told him I would not engage on any more conversation until I saw payment for the order we set up.
